posers, religion, nation, identity...and frogs
I hate posers and I want to hit anyone who acts like one . People doing these signs with their hands and acting all cool in a photo - full of attitude as though they are the shit.. I hate all that crap. I would slap you if you were in front of me, just to bring you back to your senses and reality; especially dudes that learned to do this nonsense by watching MTV. Its such pretentious dumbness. So, to all of you posers: fuck off and calm the fuck down. life isn't a video clip
race is bullshit. biologically all people are the same with only minor variations in the very same DNA code, differences which cannot amount to anything significant as far as the definition of 'human' goes; and that aint me sayin' it, it's science. Socialization is something completely different than race, and both unfortunately have managed to be reasons for making people define their identity. To group people together based on race is severe paralogy. And to give them a national identity based on it is even worse than madness. We all live on a ball in the middle of nowhere somewhere in a galaxy. To say that I'm Greek or Italian or Canadian or white or black or yellow or purple is stupid. We are all humans on a planet. We should all be cosmpolites, citizens of the world. Our identity, should be based on our character, not abstract notions based on where were born... what if i was born in Antarctica, lived there for two years, then went to Canada for two years, and continued on to China, Egypt and ever changed places until my deep age? what would i be? But truly, a human being of this planet. So go on, fight your wars, Turks against Greeks, Pakistanis against Indians, Albanians against Serbians, all of you fight for this right to a fake identity and an idea of race that is sillier than being a poser.
religion is bullshit. It is so stupid to believe that in this universe any assigned methodology of worshiping the divine is more correct than the other, or that a methodology of worship is necessary at all for that matter. Buddhism is a "do it yourself kit", Christianity and Islam are" fear and believe cos you might face eternal damnation", and Judaism tells you to cut a piece of skin of your penis or not eat certain foods.. like god really gives a shit about all this nonsense. Burn incense, kiss the icon, go to the temple light the candle, and so on. Man has tailored the divine to his own proportions of logic. Religions more divide humans than they unite them.. and that is because they play such an immense role as means of defining our identity, alongside language, and nation. The innate human need for spirituality need not be organized into religion.
I aint nothing but a frog ... no Greek, for 'greek' is just an abstract idea.
I won't append "greek/canadian" to my name no more. I am free. You can remain one of the posers. Christian? hmmmm maybe.. but do you really need to know? Muslim? Fuuuuaaack No. Buddhist ? Lol, save that for the pretentious wanna-be intellectuals.
Whether you identify with MTV culture and do these weird, dumb nonsensical signs with your hands, and stick your tongue out acting all cool and crazy (WTF is cool anyway?), or whether you are a religious fanatic clown and bend down to the ground and think god cares that you fall on your knees or that you don't eat certain foods, (as if all food doesn't turn to shit anyway, why would god care about how you are going to eat and then produce this large turd? So is the turd Kosher? or Blessed by Jesus during the Fast, or Hollyfied by Allah during Ramadan?), or should anyone care about how you have sex and when, especially god (cos god really wants you tell tell everyone on your blog and page that you are a Christian (if you don't you go to hell) or a Mulsim (cos Allah is the true god because Allah said he was the true god because Allah said he was in the holly book ..ahh fuck) and all kinds of idiotic superstitious or ritualistic activities and ways of life, you are just the same: an idiot, non-thinking; with just sludge in your dumb skull instead of a brain.
So what is identity? Not sure yet. But at least we all know who posers are. AND I FUCKIN HATE HATE THEM. Like my friend who never wore a turban in his life in his country, but when he came to Canada he did, because it was cool. Clown? YES. Yes he is. Big clown too, with a turban. Next time you see some idiot walking with his pants down below his ass cheeks tightly held in place just barely by his belt which also dangles around in front of his crotch, so that you can see his boxers just slap him upside the fuckin head. Ah fuck you. And fuck you too if you are reading this and you are thinking of regurgitating the same old shit you've been fed all your life about freedom of expression and all these donkey balls. Suck on 'em instead.
